Fun in the SUN!

Whaaaat?  The sun does exist?!  This weekend we all had a blast!  The weekend started out with me getting a much needed massage (and taking advantage of a Christmas gift card) while Jason watched the boys.  When I got back, I cleaned the house while Jason did yard work.  Afterwards, Jason went to the golf course for a little time by himself for Father's Day while I hung out with the boys outside. What better way to celebrate the beginning of summer than a little pool and slip-n-slide time?!  The boys had a grand time playing outside and enjoyed face-timing Gigi and Pawpaw to show them their "tricks" outside in the pool!  The boys had such a great time and played so hard that I didn't ever think they were going to stop eating supper.  Each boy had 3 corndogs, serving of vegetables and at least 2 servings of strawberries and blueberries.

On Father's Day, after church, we spent the day at Nana and Granddad's.  Jason, his dad and Craig went to the golf course while the boys hung with me and Nana and Aunt EJ.  I'm pretty sure I got the worse mommy/wife award this weekend for not getting one picture of Jason and the boys on Fathers Day!  #mommyfail

This is the same slide we had at Nathan's 1st birthday party.  Part of the slide looses air but overall it has survived 4 years pretty well.  Ryan was very impressed and LOVED the slide!

And then they realized THIS was more fun!

What better way to end the night than movie and a "picnic" in the living room!  Cars of course is Ryan's new obsession.
