This weekend was CRAZY. We started off the weekend having lots of fun at Zoey's Birthday party and ended the weekend in the ER. Saturday morning we celebrated Zoey's 2nd birthday "Frozen" style. Both boys had fun playing in the pool and enjoying time with their friends. Nathan had a little incident in the water and then ended up getting a really high fever Saturday night that carried into Sunday. Based on all the weekends events, Sunday night mommy broke down every common sense and logic thought I had in my head and took Nathan to the ER for his high fever (103) and him saying his chest, head and throat hurt. I could have lived with the high fever, but after he said his chest hurt, I threw in the towel and took him.... 5 hours after being in the ER: chest x-ray showed nothing on his lungs; negative strep; negative flu and bloodwork okay....just some strange viral thing.
