Happy Halloween from the Stringers!
This Halloween was probably the best Halloween we have had with Nathan. I had so much fun capturing all of his excitement. He was really excited to dress up this year (even wore his hat!) and was so excited to go trick or treating. While Jason's parents watched Ryan, Jason and I took Nathan to a newer subdivision in White Oak which is where all the trick or treaters in the town must have gone. Jason knew somebody who lived in the neighborhood so we ventured out. Let me tell you... I thought trick or treating in East Bernard was bad.... As soon as we turned off the main street, the traffic in the neighborhood was backed up....it took about 10 minutes to find a parking spot...it was crazy! However, it was totally worth it for Nathan to be able to experience it. He was such a good boy - he walked up to the peoples houses, politely said "trick or treat" and then said thank you.
Nathan had such a fun time that on Thursday after dinner, he pretty much had a fit because we couldn't go trick or treating again. We pretty much had to dress him up again and let him eat some candy in his outfit on daddy's chair..... Thankfully I think he has forgotten it about now.
Ryan's first Halloween!
We are starting to semi-smile now!
