Sassy Belle Stringer

This past weekend Nana and Granddad's dog, Sassy, went to puppy-dog heaven.  They got Sassy when Jason was still in high school so she lived a great long life (about 15 years).  Words cannot express how wonderful and sweet of a dog she was.  She was a "mommy" to Jason's dog Fancy, Elisa's dog, Maddie and my sweet dog, Peyton.  She was never really jealous of any of them and was nothing but sweet and loving.  And then when the boys came....wow!  Sassy would always let the boys crawl all over her, jump on her, etc. and she never once growled at them.  She was one of the greatest dogs I have ever met!   Last Friday we went out to Nana and Granddad to celebrate Sassy's life.  We sat outside with all the dogs and made s'mores. 

Sassy will surely be missed!
